Ariel Diaz is a proven leader, responsible for overseeing the implementation of key business and technical strategies. Before founding YouCastr, Diaz worked as a Management Consultant for a boutique strategy consulting firm in Boston, MA. Diaz has an A.B., and B.E. from Dartmouth College, and a Master of Engineering Management taught by the faculty from Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. As a graduate student, Diaz captained the Dartmouth Formula Racing team to their second Top Ten finish in the Formula-SAE Competition, racing against over 130 colleges and universities from around the world. A lifelong athlete, Diaz played semi-pro soccer in Germany and stroked the Dartmouth lightweight varsity crew his senior year in college.
Jeffrey J. Hebert

Jeff Hebert manages YouCastr's product development and product marketing. He is also responsible for management of the corporation's funds and day-to-day business operations. Prior to YouCastr, Hebert worked as an Associate Consultant at Fletcher Spaght, Inc., a Boston-based strategy consulting and venture capital firm. He was responsible for consulting engagements with early-stage high tech clients as well as performing due diligence for venture investments. Hebert holds A.B. and B.E. degrees from Dartmouth College, and a Masters of Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Hebert competes as a cyclist, racing across the Northeast with the Boston Road Club.
Matthew Hodgson

Matt Hodgson is responsible for the management and execution of YouCastr technical development. Hodgson worked as a consultant for Mercator Partners, a Boston-area telecommunications consulting firm. At Mercator, Hodgson's primary role involved market research, technical due-diligence, and financial and market modeling for top-tier telecom clients. Hodgson holds a B.A. degree in physics from Ithaca College and both a Masters in Engineering Management and a B.E. in computer engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Brad Johnson

Brad Johnson is an experienced entrepreneur who leads the development and execution of YouCastr's overall business strategy and marketing. Prior to YouCastr, Johnson founded Intrepid Learning Solutions, the foremost provider of consulting, outsourcing and research training services. Johnson has over 15 years experience and success starting-up companies and managing businesses at EMC, PepsiCo, Polaroid, and KPMG with seven years spent internationally. Johnson holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School and is a CPA.
Colin Ulen

Colin Ulen is responsible for creating and maintaining the underlying framework for YouCastr, including the a robust and scalable back end. Colin is an avowed technologist and has experience in everything from production level web services to low-level electronic device programming and embedded systems design. Colin holds a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Masters in Engineering Management from the Tuck School of Business and the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
Ian Hughes
Marketing Manager

Ian Hughes manages the branding, keeps a close eye on developing trends, and handles most online and offline marketing initiatives including the College Rep program. Before YouCastr, Ian was the director of marketing for two companies - Law Preview and LawBooksForLess.com. While there, he improved the overall marketing penetration of both companies, helped develop new revenue streams, and also took care of much of the graphic design and web development work. Ian received his B.A. in English from the University of San Diego, his M.S. in Advertising from Boston University, and is currently enrolled at Northeastern University as he finishes his M.B.A. Outside of work, he is an audio engineer and producer, plays guitar in a Boston rock band, loves motorcycles, and is an instrument-rated pilot.
Fred Yates IV

Fred Yates is the lead designer responsible for all web, print, and graphic design for YouCastr. He spent five years doing freelance design work for his small company under the name of Breakthrough Design, and recently finished school at the New England Institute of Art. Fred strives to keep his design as simple as possible while still maintaining a classy, elegant, and appealing feel. Aesthetics are his primary concern and prides himself on producing work that is nothing short of perfect. Along with his awesome design sense he makes sure to be the best looking guy in the office. Brought on board in June of 2008, he plans on completely redesigning the site before the end of the year and will be taking care of all things design, from here on forward.
Kenny Keller
Community Manager

Kenny Keller is YouCastr's community manager, responsible for monitoring and promoting the site's content, interfacing with product development, and coordinating the resolving of user issues. He is also involved in several marketing initiatives. Kenny has experience working in the mortgage business, as well as coordinating and running adult sports leagues. He also has worked as chairman of a charity which raised $35,000+ over two years for children's cancer research. Kenny is in the School of Management at Boston University.
