As most sports fans know, the Boston Red Sox had their struggles between the years of 1918 and 2004. In fact, they never won a championship. Not only did they lose, they put losing into an art form. Today, Tim Donaghy was sentenced to 15 months for each of the two counts he’d pleaded guilty to. So this whole mess is behind us. Isn’t it?

Tomorrow morning, former NBA official, Tim Donaghy, will be sentenced in Judge Carol Bagley Amon’s court room.
Donaghy’s case raises some legal questions. For instance, two of his accomplisses were sentenced to just over a year in prison on Thursday by Judge Amon. Will Tim Donaghy get a more severe punishment, or will he walk away with just a slap on the wrist?
