The account was created and is run by a student at Harvard-Westlake. I have not yet broadcasted a game, but am attempting to get the infrastructure necessary to produce a live broadcast for our upcoming game. In order to do so, I needed to test the signal and quality of a broadcast using a broadband internet card. To do so, I created that live broadcast that I guess you heard. I did not think others would wind up listening to that since it was called "test." But it was just meant to be a test so I could figure out necessary information prior to a possible broadcast.
